General Features:

Encapsulated Design: Built to withstand extended exposure to high humidity conditions. This model does not include a status indicating LED.

Color-Coded Leads: Equipped with color-coded 18 AWG leads for easy wiring.
IDNet Communications:

Tamper and Waterflow Monitoring: Provides current-limited monitoring of a tamper switch (supervisory) and waterflow switch (alarm) on the same circuit, utilizing a single point.

Available with IDNet Communications Only: This module operates exclusively with IDNet communications.
Multiple Operation Modes:

Contact Closure Status: Allows tracking of contact closure status.

Momentary Contact Closure: Enables selection of momentary contact closure conditions at the panel to be latched or tracked (note that this option is not available with the 2120 CDT).
UL Listed: Meets the requirements of Standard 864.

Power and Communications: Supports both MAPNET II or IDNet, automatically selected, with one address per IAM.

Distance from IAM to Contacts: Maximum of 500 ft (152 m) without protectors, or 400 ft (122 m) maximum with the 2081-9044 Overvoltage Protectors.

Wiring Distance Reference (per channel) for MAPNET II or IDNet Communications: Maximum of 2500 ft (762 m) from the fire alarm control panel, with a total wiring distance of up to 10,000 ft (3048 m) (including T-Taps).
