Module Monitor Addressable Class B
Gamewell-FCI Velociti Series AMM-2F Addressable Monitor Module
The Gamewell-FCI Velociti Series AMM-2F is an addressable monitor module designed to supervise a single Class B (Style B) initiating device circuit (IDC). It provides an individual address for any device or group of devices connected to its circuit on the signaling line circuit (SLC) of compatible Gamewell-FCI addressable fire alarm control panels. This module enables normally open (N.O.) dry contact devices, such as manual pull stations or waterflow switches, to become addressable components within the fire alarm system.
Key Features:
• Compact Design: Small size allows for easy installation inside manual stations or alarm initiating device mounting boxes.
• Class B Initiating Circuit: Supports a single Class B (Style B) IDC with a 47KΩ end-of-line resistor, accommodating linear heat detection devices.
• Versatile Programming: Configurable for multiple input functions, including waterflow switches, heat detectors, tamper switches, and remote system controls.
• Velociti® Series Protocol: Enables faster communication with fire alarm panels, improving system response times.
Specifications:
• Operating Voltage: 15 to 32 VDC
• Supervisory Current: 375 µA
• End-of-Line Resistor: 47KΩ
• Dimensions: 1.3” (H) × 2.5” (W) × 0.5” (D)
The AMM-2F utilizes Gamewell-FCI’s high-speed Velociti® protocol, ensuring efficient system operation. Its reliability and flexibility make it an essential component for integrating normally open contact devices into addressable fire alarm systems.
